Annual General Meeting & Delegate Selection Meeting
Tuesday October 14th, 2025
As a member in good standing of the Ontario PC Party, you’re invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and Delegate Selection meetings for the Mississauga Erin Mills Ontario PC Association.
When: Registration begins at 7:00pm and closes at 7:30pm. AGM begins at 7:30pm and the Delegate Selection Meeting will commence immediately upon its adjournment.
Where: Churchill Meadows Community Centre – 5320 Ninth Line, Mississauga, Multi Purpose Room 1
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given. We will also be conducting our Delegate Selection Meeting for the Party’s upcoming convention in Toronto, Ontario. In accordance with convention rules this meeting must be conducted between Sept. 15 – Nov. 30th.
Association members with a valid membership 15 days prior to the AGM and DSM are eligible to vote at those meetings.

Become a Delegate! Up to 16 delegates, 8 alternates, 5 youth delegates and 5 youth alternates will be selected to represent Mississauga Erin Mills at the Party’s 2026 Convention. If you’d like to be a delegate, please email [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to have your name brought to the floor. Nominations from the floor will also be accepted at the meeting.
